Our client, was having difficulty with the local authority as a leak in their building had run up a large bill. The building, being over 200 years old, was a warren of pipes and a leak had not manifested itself within the confines of the building. However, Lowflo, were able to locate the position of the leak within 3 hours and as a result, we have been able to advise our client on how to proceed with repair works. What I found very helpful, was the professionalism, knowledge and all round friendly nature of the Lowflo operative. As a result of this experience, we would be happy to engage Lowflo in future work or to refer other clients onto them.
